Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Power-cat Jewelry. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it under the following terms and conditions:
Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Any items showing signs of wear and tear or damage will not be eligible for a return.

Return Shipping: For returns due to a change of mind or non-defective products, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds and Exchanges: Upon receiving the returned item and inspecting it, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
